This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Eugene and Cottage Grove, Oregon.

The Homes for Good Affordable Housing waiting list for Studio, 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at Multiple Properties is closed. 

The Homes for Good last accepted applications for this waiting list from July 26, 2022, until August 9, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• This waiting list was for the following properties: Firwood Apartments, Village Oaks and Legion Cottages.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were listed on the public notice.

There were preferences, and they were available on the Homes for Good website.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
