Hope Plaza, Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Salem, Oregon.

The Salem Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Studio, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Hope Plaza apartments from April 27, 2024, until May 19, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: "This property is owned and operated by Center for Hope and Safety, with Project-Based Voucher rental assistance provided by Salem Housing Authority"

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
