Rhodes, Eisenhower, Hubert Apartments, Kennedy, Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Reading, Pennsylvania.

The Reading Housing Authority (RHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Rhodes, Eisenhower, Hubert Apartments, Kennedy, Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes from April 15, 2024, until April 17, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the RHA public notice, this waiting list is "1-BR apartments for 2-person families who are elderly (age 62+) or who have a disability (18+), located in Rhodes, Eisenhower & Hubert Apartments, Kennedy & Franklin Towers and Hensler Homes. Applicant families must qualify for the bedroom size (1BR – 5BR) based upon occupancy standard of 1 bedroom per 2 persons, with limited exceptions".

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Individuals and families who live in the City of Reading
• Families of which a household member is a service member or veteran

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
