San Juan, Puerto Rico Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Municipality of San Juan (MSJ) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open on every Friday, until the first 50 applications have been accepted. This waiting list has opened since at least June, 2018, and will re-open every Friday until further notice.

To apply,  pick up an application at the Municipality of San Juan Housing Authority, 1205 Ave. Ponce De Leon, 3er Piso, Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00902, only on Fridays, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm AT.

Only the first 50 applications will be taken every Friday.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

La lista de espera de los Vales de Elección de Vivienda de la Sección 8 del Municipio de San Juan (MSJ) actualmente está abierta indefinidamente.

Para aplicar, recoger una solicitud en la Autoridad de Vivienda del Municipio de San Juan, 1205 Ave. Ponce De León, 3er Piso, Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico, 00902, solo los viernes, de 8:00 am a 4:30 pm AT.

Solo las primeras aplicaciones 50 se tomarán todos los viernes.

Los solicitantes seleccionados se colocarán en la lista de espera por fecha y hora en que se recibió la solicitud.
