Ridgeway Apartments Other Senior Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior rental housing assistance in Greenville County, South Carolina.

The Greenville Housing Authority (GHA) last accepted Senior waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Ridgeway Apartments from April 17, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of February 6, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the GHA "Ridgeway Apartments is an elderly community, with 1-bedroom units. All members of the family must be 62 years of age or older, independent and qualify for the unit size".

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not yet known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
