Spartanburg Housing Tax Credit Properties Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

The Spartanburg Housing Authority (SHA) last accepted Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for multiple properties from May 1, 2023, until May 31, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Cedar Springs Place had 1-bedroom units.
• Cottage Grove had 2 and 3-bedroom units. 
• Collins Park had 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. 
• Independence Place had 2-bedroom units. 
• The Ridge at Southport had 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.
• Summer Place had 3-bedroom units.
• Victoria Gardens had 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not yet known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
