This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Knoxville, Tennessee.

The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC)  Family-Style Housing waiting list for apartments at multiple properties is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2021, until further notice.

• The multiple properties include: Autumn Landing, Five Points 2, Five Points 3, Five Points 4, Lonsdale Homes, Mechanicsville, Montgomery Village, Nature’s Cove, North Ridge Crossing, Passport, The Vista at Summit Hill, Valley Oaks Apartments, and Western Heights 

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
