McKinney, Texas Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The McKinney Housing Authority (MHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one day in October, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

McKinney, TX is about 30 miles north of Dallas, TX.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.  

This waiting list had the following preferences: Homeless; Displaced by Government Action; Non-Elderly Disabled person who is transitioning out of or at risk of institutionalization, or homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

250 applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
