The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (NRHA) last accepted Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project Based Voucher (PBV) waiting list applications for 4-Bedroom apartments at North Wellington Apartments from May 20, 2024, until June 19, 2024.
