Valor on Washington, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Dane County, Wisconsin .

The Dane County Housing Authority (DCHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Valor on Washington from July 15, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to DCHA, "In order to qualify for the PBVs at this property, applicants must have a household member who is a veteran, and qualify for a two- or three-bedroom based on both DCHA subsidy standards & their household/family composition"

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Preference is given to those living, working or attending a training program in Dane County.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
