Sauk County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Sauk County Housing Authority (SCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The SCHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the SCHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1211 Eighth St., Baraboo, WI 53913, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, or mailed to PO Box 147, Baraboo, WI 53913.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The SCHA does have a preference for: Applicants who live and/or work in Sauk County, disabled, elderly, or working families.For more information, visit the SCHA website, or call the office at (608) 356-3986, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday.
