Housing Authority of the City of Keyser Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Keyser (HACK) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACK offers one Public Housing community with 85 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACK to pick up an application, located at 440 Virginia St., Keyser, WV 26726, from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, and social security cards.The HACK does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and or work in Mineral County, employed, full time student, or veteran.For more information, the HACK can be reached by calling (304) 788-2225, between the hours of 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
