Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Baudette (HRAB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.
Please note: The HRAB does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.
The HRAB offers two Public Housing communities with 20 units for families, ranging from 2 to 3 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling 218-634-2422, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Pick up a pre-application in person at 401 West Hamilton, Baudette, MN 56623, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
