Noel Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Noel Housing Authority (NHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The Public Housing waiting list for families is currently closed.The NHA offers one Public Housing community with 100 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the NHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 624 Johnson Drive, Noel, MO 64854, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed or faxed to you by calling (417) 475-3195 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the NHA office at (417) 475-3195 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
