This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Garfield County, Colorado.

The Garfield County Housing Authority (GCHA) Section 8 Project Based waiting list for the Red Hill Lofts apartments is closed.

The GCHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 10, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the GCHA "Open to any income qualified family who lives or works in Garfield County. Family must choose to live at the Red Hill Lofts located at 2655 Dolores Way Carbondale CO 81623'

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person   $33,000 | 5 Persons $50,900
• 2 Persons $37,700 | 6 Persons $54,650
• 3 Persons $42,400 | 7 Persons $58,450
• 4 Persons $47,100 | 

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Currently live, work, or have been hired to work in Garfield County. 
• Families receiving TANF and have successfully completed a self-sufficiency requirement as verified by the TANF caseworker. 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
