Wicomico, Maryland Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Wicomico Housing Authority (WHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of May 2015, until an unconfirmed closed date. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen. There are currently 675 on the waitlist.

To apply for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, applicants were required to stop by the WHA office to pick up an application, located at 911 Booth St., Salisbury, MD 21801, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

Once the application was been completed, it could be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

Please Note: If you mailed the application, it must have been postmarked by May 29, 2015.

This housing authority did have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Wicomico County.
