Ellis Terrace, Fiore Gardens, Leggett Court and Roth Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Meiners Oaks/Ojai, California.

The Area Housing Authority of the County of Ventura (AHA) Family Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Ellis Terrace, Fiore Gardens, Leggett Court and Roth Apartments is closed.

The AHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2023, until February 15, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $70,250 | 5 Persons $108,400
• 2 Persons $80,300 | 6 Persons $116,450
• 3 Person $90,350 | 7 Persons $124,450
• 4 Persons $100,350 | 

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Veteran-Applicants who are honorably discharged U.S. veterans or active servicepersons, widow/widower or divorced spouse of an honorably discharged veteran.
• Residency-Applicants living, working or hired to work within the AHA’s jurisdiction (cities of Camarillo, Fillmore, Simi Valley, Ojai, Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, or any unincorporated area of the County of Ventura).

3,000 applicants were selected by random lottery, by order of preferences.
